How to Make Hibiscus oil & paste:

Hibiscus oil: Take 7-8 Hibiscus flowers, and grind them into a thin paste. Heat a bowl of coconut oil and then add a paste to it. Heat the mixture together for 5 minutes and then cool it down. Now the oil is ready to use. You can use this oil for your hair.

Hibiscus Paste: Grind 5-6 hibiscus flowers and the same quantity of Hibiscus leaves to form a paste.

You can also buy a Hibiscus powder from retail.


How to use:

For Face:

Mix the hibiscus flower powder with rose water and Multani mitti to make a thick paste. You can also use aloe-vera or yoghurt instead of Multani and rose water. Spread it over the face. Pat, it dry and leave it almost for 15-20 minutes. Then, wash your face with water.

For Hair:

Mix yoghurt or Almond oil with hibiscus powder. Apply deeply into the hairs and scalp, leave it for 30 min and then wash the hair with a mild shampoo.

Healing Tea:

Take 1 quart of water and boil it, bring the water to the vessel and add 1-2 tablespoon of dried hibiscus flowers. Let it sheer for 5 minutes and enjoy!


My experience with Hibiscus:

I am using Hibiscus tea, Hair & face mask from almost 3 months and the results are truly incredible. It is a powerful natural ingredient which keeps my skin hydrated and youthful. Hibiscus tea is very effective after a workout. Although it tastes so good. It keeps my blood pressure and cholesterol controlled. You all can also make a habit to drink it daily as it is a natural calorie and caffeine-free. The natural ingredient is purifying my skin and help to control acne burst. It has a good anti-ageing property which reduces the fine lines and wrinkles.

My hair-fall has decreased, as hibiscus is rich in amino acids and vitamin-C which helps the better blood circulation under the scalp so I have gotten the healthy hair growth. The advantages are numerous which you can see by using it regularly.

Many healing advantages come from the use of hibiscus.

Hibiscus leaves are good for skin, hair and body because they contain all the essential nutrients and minerals required by us. Hibiscus can be used straightly or some stores sell hibiscus extracts as well. Some well-known benefits of Hibiscus leaves are:

  1. Cleanse hibiscus leaves on the face and neck as well to take out blackheads, whiteheads, acne and dead skin cells. It also treats rough and dry marks of the skin.
