The golden beet red in colour signifies the heart, origin and of course love. I have my own garden so greens have always been a great part of my life. I love fresh beets and you should also start eating beetroot to get the supreme health aid.

Are you facing anaemia problem?

It’s really a common issue nowadays, what you can do is just mix beetroot juice with carrot and amla. The best time to consume this healthy drink is the morning time one hour before your breakfast. The amount should be 200ml.

Eat Raw: One serving of beetroot contains a healthy dose of vitamin B and copper. Peel off its hard skin and finely shred into salads, it will give your salad a great colour.

For under eye bags: For under eye patches, mixture of 1 teaspoon of beetroot juice and few drops of almond oil is essential. Massage it on the area under your eyes. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes and then wash it off with cold water.
